Terms of service.

These terms govern access to Lumiora's website, applications, integrations, and related services.

Effective July 20, 2026

1. Agreement

By installing, connecting, accessing, or using Lumiora (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Lumiora connects authorized workplace systems, retrieves relevant organizational context, creates summaries and analysis, maintains derived knowledge, and can perform actions in connected services at a user's request.

Lumiora is currently under active development. Features may be incomplete, change, or be discontinued. Unless an applicable written order or agreement states otherwise, the Service is provided as a preview without a service-level commitment.

3. Accounts, authority, and integrations

  • You must provide accurate information and protect access to your accounts.
  • You may connect only systems, workspaces, sites, projects, spaces, and data that you are authorized to access and permit Lumiora to process.
  • The permissions of the user authorizing an integration may limit what Lumiora can read or change.
  • You are responsible for reviewing integration permissions and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

4. Customer content

As between you and Lumiora, you retain ownership of content submitted to or accessed by the Service on your behalf. You grant Lumiora a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You are responsible for having all rights, permissions, notices, and lawful bases required for Lumiora to process customer content under your instructions.

5. AI-generated output

The Service uses automated systems and artificial intelligence. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Similar inputs may produce different outputs.

You must use appropriate human review before relying on Lumiora for operational, security, employment, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions. Lumiora is not a substitute for professional advice or an organization's incident-management and change-control procedures.

6. Actions in connected systems

Lumiora may create or modify external resources such as Jira issues and Confluence pages when an authorized user requests an action. You are responsible for reviewing requests, destinations, generated content, and resulting changes. You must not use Lumiora to bypass approval, access-control, audit, or change-management processes.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Break the law or infringe another person's rights.
  • Access data, systems, or accounts without authorization.
  • Introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Service.
  • Evade provider limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
  • Extract source code or attempt to discover credentials or security mechanisms.
  • Resell or provide the Service to others without written authorization.
  • Use the Service to develop or benchmark a competing product without permission.

8. Third-party services

Lumiora interoperates with third-party services, including Slack, Atlassian, PagerDuty, AWS, and AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limits. Lumiora is not responsible for a third party's services or for changes that a third party makes to its APIs, permissions, or products.

9. Security and privacy

You must promptly report suspected unauthorized use or security issues. Lumiora's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You must not provide secrets or regulated information unless your agreement with Lumiora expressly permits it.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

Lumiora and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, designs, documentation, and related technology, excluding customer content. If you provide feedback, you grant Lumiora permission to use it without restriction or obligation.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke connected integrations at any time. Lumiora may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, abuse, legal requirements, nonpayment, or a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lumiora disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumiora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the amount paid for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event that created the liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes

Lumiora may update these terms as the Service evolves. The effective date will be updated when changes are published. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
